My Regimen app for iPhone and iPad

How often do you forget as to when you last visited your doctor for an eye examination, had a chest x-ray or got your child immunized against a disease. Before visiting a doctor you have all those questions to ask the provider. During the visit, either you are trying to remember what you were told or scribbling it somewhere. My Regimen app is designed to help you remember and record all your visits to doctors and hospitals. The information that you enter in the app is stored in your iPhone and is persistent, i.e. it will be saved for next time you use the app. You may edit the data that you previously entered or choose to discard some or all of it.

The app has the ability to store the names and specialties of healthcare providers. For each provider, one can enter the date of visit, the type of visit and a detailed set of notes. If a provider is deleted, all the visit data associated with that provider is deleted as well.

Some sample data is provided in the app and can be deleted without compromising its use.
